Fees, Payment & Class Policies

Private and group lessons are generally offered in 10-week teaching terms.

Students may attend one or two lessons per week, depending on teacher availability and the agreed timetable.

New students may book one trial lesson before enrolling for a regular weekly lesson time.

Term fees are generally paid in advance to confirm enrolment and secure a regular weekly lesson time.

Students wishing to retain their regular lesson time for the following term should complete payment before the end of the current term.

Lesson times for the following term cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received.

Lessons missed due to a student's absence are non-refundable.

If at least 24 hours' notice is provided before the scheduled lesson, a make-up lesson may be requested, subject to teacher availability and the Academy timetable.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled lesson, will normally be counted as a completed lesson.

If a lesson is cancelled by the teacher or Academy, an alternative lesson will be arranged.
